WHEN AND HOW DO I GET NOTIFIED IF I WIN A LEARNSTORM PRIZE?
If you qualify for LearnStorm prize, you will be notified via the EMAIL tied to your Khan Academy teacher account. Please ensure you have a valid email id linked to Khan Academy.
What about my students?
We haven't forgotten that kids love to get the recognition they deserve! Students earn limited-edition digital badges and stickers to collect and display on their Khan Academy virtual profiles. They also get certificates for participating.

Keep Going, Keep Growing! The Grand Prize recipient class - the teacher and the students - will win national recognition through Social Media (Facebook, Website, Mentions) for school excellence in leadership, teamwork and collaboration and the LearnStorm India Grand Trophy. They will also receive tablets for the entire classroom (Max. 30 tabs for the class)!

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THE GRAND PRIZE?
After LearnStorm ends, any teacher/ class with 10 or more students and has unlocked at least level 6 will be eligible to enter for the grand prize.
Please note, level is not the only criteria for winning the grand prize. Applications will be collected and received on a teacher or school basis. Schools where more than one teacher and classroom is participating can fill one form with details of all the classes.
The application will be open in the first week of December. We will announce the grand prize application opening via email and also on the LearnStorm banner on your teacher dashboard.

HOW DOES MY SCHOOL BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR THE SCHOOL GRAND PRIZE?
To apply for the Keep Going, Keep Growing Prizes, your class should reach a minimum Level 6 in LearnStorm! If there are multiple classes that reach Level 6 or more, you can submit one collective application with details of all the classes.
IF I AM THE ONLY TEACHER FROM MY SCHOOL PARTICIPATING IN LEARNSTORM, CAN I STILL APPLY?
Yes you may! We understand that other teachers from your school may not be able to participate due to certain reasons, however we'd love to hear your LearnStorm story!
WHEN AND HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF WE WIN THE GRAND PRIZE?
We will notify you if your class has won on or before 30th January, 2010. All 10 Keep Going, Keep Growing winners and the Grand Prize winner will be notified on the same day.
HOW WILL MY APPLICATION BE EVALUATED?
We want to hear how LearnStorm has positively affected your students, your classroom, your school, and you!
Applications will be reviewed by the Khan Academy team and judged on a set of criteria including engagement in LearnStorm, school involvement and teamwork, creativity, and quality of application.
Please keep in mind that as part of choosing the winners and finalists, we will not just be looking at how many levels your classes have achieved but how many assignments you have assigned and your students have completed.
From the application pool, we will select 10 Keep Going, Keep Growing winners and 1 Keep Going, Keep Growing Grand Prize Winner!
REVIEW PROCESSKhan Academy will select winners based on a review of the following four criteria:
Qualifier: Levels in LearnStorm (Minimum level 6, 10+ students for the participating classes)If there are multiple classes, please ensure each class has 10+ students to qualify and each class unlocked at least level 6.
Selection of winners will be done on the basis of:Engagement in LearnStorm (Please keep a log of the number of classes and progress for each class over a period of three months. Quality of assignments given, # of assignments in a week, assignment completion, impact of the assignments).
Pro-tip:Do keep a log of student responses on Growth Mindset activities and share in the application form.
